| GMF Construction has established a competent team
of estimators, project managers, and tenured superintendents to ensure that your
project is a complete success. We employee several trades to ensure that we have
better quality, schedule, and monetary control over a project due to less dependence
upon sub-contractors. We are readily available to our clients at all times to
discuss progress, design, and any questions you may have during construction.
We are one of the few contractors in Florida, to offer our in-house design
and drafting department. We can work with you or your Architect to custom design
your facility, or perform a design build with our team of Architects and Engineers.
If you have a style or plan in mind, you can simply convey your thoughts to us
and we can transfer your ideas to paper. We can start from a simple concept and
take the drawings to permitting
GMF Construction will also aid in the interior design of cabinets, mill work,
kitchen equipment, color schemes, finishes, and landscaping. We control all aspects
of the project, to alleviate the owner from having to contract multiple professions
during construction. We try and eliminate these time-consuming detail selections,
by controlling all phases of the project.
